My solution was to put the wacom in my keyboard tray and my keyboard under the monitor. If i move the cursor outside the canvas, it interacts with everything as if i'm clicking, usually resulting in tools being moved or selected. If you have a problem with your cintiq cursor or lines jitter, jump, skip, whatever, this has the solution. Someone please help if they can!
